Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at SalesNet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the IT and tech sectors. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to design and deliver bespoke solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow their accounts and increase revenue
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for our IT solutions and services
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to design and deliver bespoke solutions, including proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Attend regular customer visits, either onsite or remotely, to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present customer proposals and presentations at all levels
  • Develop and maintain a sales forecast, detailing current and future business opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a successful business-to-business account manager, selling IT solutions into enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong understanding of the IT and tech sectors, with a good relevant working knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
