About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Operations Team Apprentice to support our growth within Wren Contracts and Social Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with pre-delivery tasks, including pre-fit changes, call-offs, and delivery bookings for our Social Housing and Contract teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Contract Field Installation Managers, Social Housing BDM/PDMS, and Contract Sales team for delivery requests and replacement orders.
- Manage installer recruitment, compliance, and administrative tasks relevant to the role.
- Identify opportunities for further growth within the Contract Operations team.
- Assist with pre-fits changes in line with Contract Field Installation Managers' visits to development sites.
