Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Help clients with practical tasks, such as shopping and housework
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individual care plans
Requirements
- No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
