Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with household chores and personal care, promoting independence and dignity.
- Support mobility and physical needs, including hoisting, to ensure the individual's safety and well-being.
- Encourage participation in fun and engaging activities, tailored to the individual's interests and abilities.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and waking night shifts.
- A caring, passionate, and patient approach, with strong communication skills.
- Due to the support required, this position is open to female applicants only, as the role is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
