About the Role

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Renton Court in Huntingdon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching new life skills and assisting with personal care
  • Encouraging individuals to access their local community and socialise
  • Participating in arts and crafts activities and other leisure pursuits

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license
  • Resilience, flexibility, and composure in approach
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs
