About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Aircraft Maintenance and Operations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of aircraft maintenance, installation, and modification, including the integration of our novel hydrogen fuel cell powertrain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance and installation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
  • Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers in the installation and maintenance of aircraft and ground test rigs.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our aircraft.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure that all maintenance and installation activities are conducted in a safe and controlled environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in hydrogen fuel cell technology, ensuring that our organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and installation, with a strong background in powertrain and engine maintenance.
  • Relevant degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians and engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including EASA CS-23/25 and FAA regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid B1 or B2 License.
  • Type rating for light aircraft under Part 23/25 (both single and dual engine).
  • Former Form 4 holders are preferable.
