As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, **_Cotswold Outdoor_**_ _**is joined by **_Runners Need_**_ _**and **_Snow + Rock_**_ _**to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

**How will you make an impact?**
- Working closely with the Operational Leadership team to create, allocate and monitor activity and tasks in the system
- Investigating, resolving and escalating task exceptions or issues
- Ensuring the system is "clean" at the end of day and all system tasks are at the correct status
- Reviewing and closing shipments and managing exceptions as required
- Working with the Customer Care team to manage eCommerce orders in order to meet service lead times
- Providing any required data or information to the operational leadership team regarding the system or associated dashboards
- Supporting with process reviews and development by providing ideas and feedback
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week._

**You’ll fit right in if you have**:

- Administration experience, ideally within an operational environment
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience creating or working with data and reports
- Ability to work across early and late shifts (6.30am - 10.30pm) and work some weekends as required
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation
