**£30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus and benefits**

**REED Technology are pleased to be partnering with a large UK-based equipment company who are looking to add to their growing End User Compute (EUC) team.**

This role will see you providing technical support for a range of internal systems, helping to maintain EUC environments, assisting with 2nd line support for complex issues all whilst working to agreed quality standards and service level agreements

This role will be based between their location in Kemble (Gloucestershire) and their office in central London (1-2 days per week) with the potential for some home working days or travel to other sites across the M4 and M5 corridors if needed.

Key responsibilities/ Duties:

- Install, configuration and support of..
- Desktops & laptops via SCCM/Endpoint Mgr (InTune)
- Tablets & Mobile devices
- Software including 3rd party software (configuration, troubleshooting and documentation)
- Incident & Change Management - Raising CR’s where needed as an outcome of Incidents or problems
- Document a variety of workflows, Step by Step guides and Knowledge Base articles
- Utilise tools including but not limited to..
- M365
- MDM
- AD
- Azure
- PowerShell (Not essential)
- Work alongside the Senior EUC Engineers on a variety of EUC Strategy projects (Documentation, testing, planning etc)
- Collaborate and be involved in activities to ensure knowledge development in the team
- Assist in providing BAU support to the business
- Assist in providing ad-hoc OOH support to the business where agreed either remotely or on-site
- Operational IT Support experience, ideally gained within a multi-site, complex network environment.
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience of troubleshooting M365 products
- Full driving licence (with maximum of 3 points in the last 5 years)
