Job Opportunity: AI Model Trainer

Outlier is seeking experienced English writers to contribute to the training of generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance opportunity allows for flexible hours and remote work.

  • Read and rank English text produced by AI models
  • Write and rewrite prompts and responses, involving research and fact-checking
  • Evaluate the factuality and relevance of AI-generated text

Requirements:

  • Professional writing or editing experience
  • Associate degree or higher in a writing-related field
  • Strong writing style, English language skills, and logic
  • Attention to detail and clear explanation of text strengths and weaknesses

Compensation:

  • Average pay rates for US-based English writing experts: USD $15 per hour
  • Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project need
