Recreational Activities Coordinator

Gloucestershire House is a specially designed facility, featuring six distinct additional bungalows, accommodating 36 adults with physical disabilities. This service has received an outstanding rating from CQC.
Role Overview
As a Recreational Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing a variety of engaging and enjoyable social and recreational activities, creating stimulating opportunities for our residents. Your role will involve organizing outings and events, where your creativity and enthusiasm for providing diverse experiences will significantly enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Whether you are orchestrating a large community social gathering, discovering shared interests within smaller groups, or exploring everyone's culinary talents, there will be a multitude of exciting activities to engage in - your creativity will be essential.
Candidate Profile
No prior experience in activity coordination is necessary; however, a creative mindset, excellent organizational abilities, or a keen interest in planning vibrant social events is essential. A valid manual driving license held for a minimum of 2 years is required.
Previous experience in activity coordination or working with individuals with disabilities would be beneficial. Please note.
