We operate in four sectors: Climate, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, and Computation. In the Climate sector, we focus on driving and accelerating the net-zero carbon transition by developing innovations in carbon mitigation and removal technologies.

The Role

As an Associate, you will work closely with our Director of Climate, Head of Scoping, and other team members to identify opportunity areas for new venture development. You will research and analyze systemic challenges and opportunities, and work with our team to develop solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying new opportunity areas for climate-related ventures
  • Recruiting and working with multidisciplinary teams to develop new ventures
  • Driving the venture creation process from idea generation to pre-seed and seed investments
  • Supporting fundraising and business development efforts
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a deep technical understanding of disciplines related to climate change, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering. You should also have a demonstrated interest in climate tech and applied science, as well as experience in product development and first principles thinking.
