Job Overview

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is seeking a seasoned retail professional to fill the role of Head of Visual Merchandising and Store Experience for a leading lifestyle brand. As a key member of the retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience through effective visual merchandising and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Visual Merchandising and Store Experience
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and drive customer engagement
    • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans
    • Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and guidance to store teams
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Develop and execute plans to increase sales and revenue
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Enhance Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless execution of customer experience plans
    • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage Store Operations
    • Develop and implement store operations strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity
    • Collaborate with the store operations team to ensure seamless execution of store operations plans
    • Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and guidance to store teams
    Requirements
    • Minimum 5 Years of Experience
      • Proven track record of leading and training visual merchandising teams in a premium fashion brand environment
      • Experience in field visual merchandising and training of store staff
    • Leadership and Communication Skills
      • High level of communication skills, engaging and inspiring personality that fosters a learning store fleet
      • Great collaboration skills that entail multiple reporting structures, a sense of accountability, delivery on deadlines as well as a flexible approach to business needs
    • Business Acumen
      • Proven track record of driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience
      • Experience in managing store operations and visual merchandising budgets
