Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the visual merchandising and store experience teams to implement global visual standards and guidelines in retail stores.
  • Collaborate with the retail director and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of visual merchandising and store experience projects, including store events and new store openings.
  • Provide coaching and training to the visual merchandising and store experience teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in visual merchandising and store experience initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and developing visual merchandising and store experience teams in a premium fashion brand environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
