Job Title: Head of Visual Merchandising and Store Experience

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Visual Merchandising and Store Experience to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the visual merchandising and store experience teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the visual merchandising and store experience teams to implement global guidelines for visual experience in retail, including in-store product presentations and window displays.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance the commercial effectiveness of product presentations and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve weekly sales performance and stock cover rates.
  • Manage the visual experience aspects of store events and new store openings or renovations.
  • Oversee the local training and development of the visual merchandising and store experience teams.
  • Manage the visual merchandising and store experience budget and ensure that all expenses are within allocated limits.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in leading and developing visual merchandising and store experience teams in a premium fashion brand environment.
  • Proven track record of planning, organizing, executing, and supervising projects.
  • High level of communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Great collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and reporting structures.
  • Ability to be a change agent and drive business growth through innovative ideas and solutions.
