Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Liberty Recruitment Group. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting our client's HR function, providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to the HR team and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a Professional Services environment
  • Excellent organizational and IT skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident and logical approach to problem-solving
