Job Title: HRIS Implementation Specialist

As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure a seamless rollout of the system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and test the HRIS system to meet the needs of our organization
  • Implement and roll out the system across the company, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders
  • Manage and scale a team of HRIS members to help define and drive the overall HRIS roadmap
  • Coordinate with Information Technology and the user community to identify areas of improvement and implement functional solutions
  • Maintain and administer ad hoc report writing tools for end users, providing training and support as needed
Requirements:
  • Work experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with databases and HR software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • BSc in Computer Science or relevant field (desirable)

This is a fixed-term role of 6 months, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our HRIS system and contribute to the success of our organization.
