Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with special educational needs in a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist teachers in developing and implementing IEPs.
- Provide individualized support to students during lessons.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
