About the Role:
Pareto is a leading global Software Development organisation, helping engineers and developers do their best work every day, at every stage of the software cycle. We're now looking for German speaking Sales Development Representatives to help deliver on our ambitious future growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the business, our offering, and the market we operate within, to have valuable conversations with prospects.
- Research and create new qualified leads through personalised prospecting outreach.
- Develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact and booking in initial sales meetings with senior members of the team.
- Work closely with both Sales and Marketing on projects that drive inbound and outbound revenue growth.
- Utilise our CRM to keep track of all sales activity and client information.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level.
- Fluency in English and German to a business level (essential).
- Some sales experience, in whatever form that is.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis.
- Driven to succeed in Sales.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
