About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at PROS. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our software solutions to potential customers, leveraging your expertise in German language and sales techniques to identify and discuss their needs and challenges.
  • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, generating sales opportunities and managing a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Work closely with our Executive Account Managers to set up meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives.
  • Identify best practices and provide feedback to refine our lead targeting and approach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales development, preferably in a similar role for an enterprise corporation selling business-critical applications.
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages such as French, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish being a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales technology, including CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Industry knowledge and/or experience in our target industries, including manufacturing, distribution, travel, transportation, logistics, and energy.
