About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at PROS. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our software solutions to potential customers, leveraging your expertise in German language and sales techniques to identify and discuss their needs and challenges.
  • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, generating sales opportunities and managing a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Collaborate with our Executive Account Managers to set up meetings and calls with prospects, ensuring a seamless handover of leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales development, with a strong track record of success in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Fluency in German language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales technology, including CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to identifying new business opportunities.
