About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at PROS. As a key member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for discovering, nurturing, and managing early-stage sales opportunities with our target accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our software solutions to potential customers, identifying how our solutions meet their needs and developing relationships with the buying group at target accounts.
  • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers and generate sales opportunities through a clearly defined discovery and qualification process.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging sales executives for next steps and identifying best practices to refine our lead targeting and approach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the sales process and a track record of success in B2B phone sales and lead nurturing.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven creative problem-solving approach.
  • Industry knowledge and/or experience in our target industries, including manufacturing, distribution, travel, transportation, logistics, and energy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate crisply and transparently.
  • A strong understanding of sales technology and marketing tools, with the ability to leverage these tools for personalized and tailored outreach.
