Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Real Estate Associate to join our team at Travelport. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our real estate and facilities management strategy across the APAC and EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate transactions, including leases, sub-leases, renewals, rent reviews, and dilapidation negotiations.
  • Oversee the provision of workplace services, such as repair and maintenance, cleaning, security, and hospitality-styled offerings.
  • Deliver projects to support the reshaping of Travelport's real estate portfolio, including relocations and space management.
  • Ensure compliance with Travelport processes for effective budget preparation and review, spend management, and contract service provision.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols within the Travelport global property portfolio.

Requirements

  • Property and/or Health & Safety professional membership would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Broad knowledge of real estate acquisition, lease management, and associated negotiations.
  • Requires knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles.
  • Financial/business analysis, including the preparation of reports.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations using analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as the knowledge and ability to supervise employees.
