Sales Manager China Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Mandarin Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with Chinese customers and potential clients involved in overseas study programs in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base across public, private, and international schools throughout China.
  • Grow the network of agents involved in our operations and expand connections within the Education Bureau network.
  • Generate and convert sales inquiries to drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of a professional sales and account management team.
  • Enhance community awareness of our organization and promote how we can assist schools in developing global dimensions.
  • Conduct follow-up sales calls and provide quotes based on expert recommendations.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team and school transformation experts.
  • Serve as a central and compelling advocate for our brand, our customers, and their overall experience, both on and off-site.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English communication skills.
  • Extensive work experience in organizing overseas study tours, totaling at least 3 years.
  • Previous experience in hosting Chinese delegates and groups in the UK.
  • Preferably familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically HubSpot.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Teams and Zoom for video conferencing.
  • Expertise in creating travel itineraries and designing products for camps.
  • Ability to liaise with the Education Bureau and Foreign Affairs.
  • Skilled in managing relationships with Chinese sister schools.
  • Account management of a network of local partners and agents across China.
  • Familiarity with task management software, particularly
  • Strong planning, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Efficient time management in a dynamic work environment.
  • A degree is required, and experience in sales, telesales, or appointment setting is preferred but not mandatory.
