Sales Manager China Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Mandarin Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base across China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Chinese customers and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Chinese market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Chinese market and its nuances.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English communication skills.
  • Extensive work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese market and its nuances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to China as required.
