About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Adult Safeguarding Practitioner at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of adults at risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Safeguarding Adults in the development and implementation of the Trust's Safeguarding Adults Agenda.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to ensure standards of excellence are maintained in Safeguarding Adults, Mental Capacity, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
  • Identify learning needs for multidisciplinary teams and develop and deliver training packages to meet those needs.
  • Provide safeguarding adults supervision to staff within the Trust.
  • Support staff with complex Safeguarding cases and produce action plans as required.
  • Undertake safeguarding-related investigations as needed.
