Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Support line managers with basic employee relations processes, such as disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.
  • Staff Development: Collaborate with managers to develop staff and contribute to succession planning.
  • HR Administration: Undertake HR admin tasks, including scheduling training events, action plans, and employee surveys.
  • HR Projects: Manage HR projects, such as pay reviews, annual bonus schemes, and updating staff handbooks and policies.
  • Payroll: Create the monthly payroll summary for the finance department.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator.
  • Good knowledge of employment law and up-to-date legislation.
  • Mental Health First Aid Qualification (desired but not essential).
  • CIPD Qualification (desired but not essential).
  • Ability to work independently, with good organisation and time-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to develop great working relationships with line managers and colleagues.
