About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Carbon 60. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating system knowledge, and generating new sales within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Work with customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs, develop and execute customer account sales plans, and coordinate all proposal activity.
  • Sales and Marketing: Participate in plant visits, audit/survey, and any trial working, conduct appropriate water analysis/testing, and report.
  • Business Development: Maintain the integrity of strategies and implementation of sales/marketing programs to achieve sales goals within your assigned territory/market.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer satisfaction and escalate customer concerns for resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing and win/close new accounts, and drive the right behaviors around Safety, Team Work, Company strategies, and initiatives.
