Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits and HR Consultant to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our benefits and HR consulting team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients build workplaces that work better.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide efficient service and manage their expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Associate Consultants, Consultants, and insurers/product providers to deliver business quotations and information.
- Work collaboratively in a team to deliver an outstanding administration service to both internal and external clients.
- Assist with client requests, queries, and general client correspondence.
- Process new business, re-brokes, scheme renewals, underwriting, and claims in a compliant and profitable manner.
- Adhere to specific time deadlines and service levels agreed with clients and line management.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, particularly in Adviser Office (CRM) & Virtual Cabinet software.
- Maintain a diary system to facilitate efficient oversight and workflow within the team.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance, and Gallagher's shared values, with a focus on putting clients at the heart of the business.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven administration experience of Group Life assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness, and Group Healthcare.
- Proven experience in Financial Services administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and relevant internal systems/databases.
- Awareness of the regulatory requirements for 'advised' and 'non-advised' sales, including the standards and knowledge required for giving advice and making recommendations to customers.
- A good standard of general education, including Maths and English.
- CII Group Risk (GR1) and Healthcare (IF7) certifications (desirable).
