Site Manager Assistant Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities

As a Site Manager Assistant, you will support the Site Manager in managing the development of the site from start to finish, ensuring that Programme, Quality, and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme.

  • Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour, and materials to meet the production programme.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure regular Sales/Build meetings are attended, all Sales/Build procedures are followed, and inspections of all show homes are carried out.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as determined by the Site Manager, including deputizing for the Site Manager when required.
  • Support the Site Manager in ensuring the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their job responsibilities and provided with full support in achieving these.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role.
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications.
