About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at FitzRoy. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and encouraging independence to our residents with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Encourage and enable residents to participate in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00 per hour weekdays and £14.30 weekends.
  • Additional £2.50 per hour for overtime.
  • Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
  • Sleep-ins are £50 per night.
  • 30 days holiday when you start.
  • Bank vacancy (various hours available).
