About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at FitzRoy. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and encouraging independence to our residents with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily needs, including personal care and activities
  • Encourage and promote independence, enabling residents to make their own choices and decisions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality support service
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00 per hour weekdays and £14.30 weekends
  • Additional £2.50 per hour for overtime
  • Time and a half or double time for public holidays
  • Sleep-ins are £50 per night
  • 30 days holiday when you start
  • Bank vacancy (various hours available)
