FitzRoy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and encouraging independence to our residents with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with varying needs and interests, ensuring a unique and engaging experience each day.
- Assist with personal care, such as showers and baths, while promoting dignity and respect.
- Participate in a range of activities and interests, fostering meaningful connections with our residents.
You will work a set pattern of morning and afternoon shifts, with a full-time contract consisting of 37.5 hours (5 shifts a week). Weekend working is essential, with a rotating schedule and time off during the week.
