About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our team at SD Worx. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft-based web hosting solutions and Azure Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deployment: Design and deploy Microsoft-based web hosting solutions and Azure Cloud solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously search for opportunities and bottlenecks to improve the maintainability, performance, and stability of the hosting environment and authentication solutions.
  • Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect hosting environments and customer data against cyber threats.
  • Support: Provide 3rd line technical support, addressing hosting-related inquiries, architectural consultations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and maintenance tasks on the hosting platform.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication and Teamwork: You can work independently, but you are also a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Accuracy and Structure: You work very accurately and structured, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Documentation: You realize the importance of good documentation and are willing to create and maintain detailed documentation related to configurations, architectural designs, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Flexibility: You are willing to carry out interventions outside normal hours, including weekends and provide on-call support after training.
