About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead System Engineer to join our team at SD Worx. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft-based web hosting solutions and Azure Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy Microsoft-based web hosting solutions and Azure Cloud solutions
  • Manage Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), ASP.NET, and other related technologies to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability for our clients' websites and applications
  • Continuously search for opportunities to improve the maintainability, performance, and stability of the hosting environment and authentication solutions
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect hosting environments and customer data against cyber threats
  • Provide 3rd line technical support, addressing hosting-related inquiries, architectural consultations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and maintenance tasks on the hosting platform
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation related to configurations, architectural designs, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, but also as a team player
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Experience in an agile environment and a DevOps mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Azure administration (AZ-104 certification is a plus)
