About The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Development Officer to join our existing Supply Chain Development Team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in delivering and governing consistency of initiatives / projects / standards relating to regulatory compliance, commercial value, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the communication and implementation of best practice approaches and consistency of standards across the wholesale network.
  • Involve in other initiatives, reviewing and recommending process improvements.
  • Coach members of the wholesale network to deliver the required capabilities to follow best practice standards and approaches.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with project management frameworks, warehouse design, operational methodologies, and governance techniques.
  • Ability to role model personal leadership and demonstrate experience in a field-based role, ideally in a warehouse/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, high degree of planning and organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
