Associate Director Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Supply Chain Planning to join our team at Teva Runcorn. As a key member of our supply chain leadership team, you will be responsible for driving planning excellence and ensuring high adherence results for demand, production, and supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement optimal end-to-end planning processes to meet manufacturing and packing plans, ensuring optimal inventory management.
  • Lead the creation of production plans and associated MRP, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and packaging components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive OTIF and CSL performance from the site to market customer.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with business, EHS, and quality standards.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, driving performance standards and motivating team members to achieve key performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Relevant leadership experience in a production environment, preferably pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of business, S&OP, production scheduling, and total business operations.
  • Ability to manage and meet key performance metrics in relation to supply chain operations.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
