About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Development Officer to join our team at Phoenix Medical Supplies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Development Team in delivering and governing consistency of initiatives, projects, and standards relating to regulatory compliance, commercial value, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the communication and implementation of best practice approaches and consistency of standards across the wholesale network.
  • Review and recommend process improvements.
  • Coach members of the wholesale network to deliver the required capabilities to follow best practice standards and approaches.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with project management frameworks, warehouse design, operational methodologies, and governance techniques.
  • Ability to role model personal leadership.
  • Demonstrable experience in a field-based role, ideally in a warehouse or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • High degree of planning and organisation.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint.
