Associate Director Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director Supply Chain Planning to join our team at Teva Runcorn. As a key member of our supply chain leadership team, you will be responsible for driving planning excellence and ensuring high adherence results for demand, production, and supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement optimal end-to-end planning processes to meet manufacturing and packing plans, ensuring optimal inventory management.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive production plans, including material and packaging component supply, to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans, resulting in on-time-in-full (OTIF) and customer service level (CSL) performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business operations, supply chain architecture, and end-to-end manufacturing workflows.
  • Manage risk and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive high-performance standards and motivate a high-performing team to achieve key performance metrics in supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Relevant leadership experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, supply chain management, and production scheduling.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in managing and meeting key performance metrics in supply chain operations.
