Associate Director Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director Supply Chain Planning to join our team at Teva Runcorn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving planning excellence and ensuring high adherence results for demand, production, and supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement optimal end-to-end plans from customer demand through packaging and production plans and associated MRP.
  • Lead the creation of supply plans to meet manufacturing and packing requirements, ensuring optimal inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to release and shipping plans from Runcorn to deliver on-time-in-full (OTIF) and customer service level (CSL) performance.
  • Manage and mitigate risks related to business, EHS, and quality assessments.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams to deliver key performance metrics in relation to supply chain.
Requirements
  • Relevant leadership experience in a production environment, preferably pharmaceutical, chemical, or food.
  • Good understanding of business, S&OP, production scheduling, and total business operations.
  • Able to motivate and lead high-performing teams to deliver results.
