We have ambitious growth plans and are in search of outstanding leaders to help us achieve our goals. We are looking for Lead Bartenders to join our dynamic team. You will gain unique insights into our operations, including top-tier cocktail training, before taking on responsibilities at our venues.

What we seek:

Lead Bartenders are vital in guiding their teams through both smooth and challenging operations. They are prepared to transition into General Managers of their own establishments.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Senior Bartender or Team Leader in a high-volume bar environment.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in developing team members.
  • Skills in workforce scheduling and management.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, licensing regulations, risk assessments, and health & safety protocols.
  • A strong focus on hospitality and relationship-building capabilities.
  • The ability to inspire and guide team members in their professional growth.
  • A keen interest in understanding Nightcap's operational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Bartender, your duties will include:

  • Managing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Supporting your General Manager and the team effectively.
  • Ensuring the bartending team adheres to company standards.
  • Leading by example and setting a high standard for the team.
  • Being actively involved during peak periods to assist the team.
