About the Role:
As a Lead Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in our team, guiding your colleagues through both the rewarding and challenging aspects of the hospitality environment. Your responsibilities will set the foundation for your future progression to a General Manager position.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume bar setting as a Senior Bartender or Team Leader.
- A genuine passion for customer service and satisfaction.
- Experience in team development and mentorship.
- Familiarity with scheduling and managing labor costs is advantageous.
- Knowledge of stock management, licensing, risk assessments, and health & safety regulations.
- A strong affinity for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to foster relationships with all team members.

Responsibilities:
In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations and confidently managing busy shifts to ensure a flawless experience for our guests.
- Collaborating with your General Manager and supporting your team through various challenges.
- Ensuring that the bartending team meets company standards in both knowledge and cocktail preparation.
- Acting as a role model for bartenders, bar backs, and floor staff.
- Being an active manager who is ready to assist during peak times.
