Position Overview:

Teemz Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead to join our team. This pivotal role will report directly to the Head of HR and is designed to spearhead our talent acquisition initiatives following a recent organizational restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  2. Drive continuous enhancements in the recruitment process by leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making.
  3. Lead and mentor a dedicated team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a high-performance culture with clear objectives and professional development opportunities.
  4. Design effective sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent while ensuring the organization’s future talent needs are met.
  5. Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in sourcing methods to broaden candidate outreach and enhance the employer value proposition.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, utilizing feedback mechanisms for ongoing improvement.
  7. Collaborate with key stakeholders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and devise effective recruitment strategies that support the broader people agenda.
  8. Work closely with marketing and communication teams to enhance external engagement and promote the organization’s talent brand.
  9. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights that support the talent acquisition strategy and align with the people development plan.
  10. Evaluate and integrate the latest recruitment technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process.
  11. Oversee the engagement with third-party agencies to ensure they contribute positively to the talent function.
  12. Occasionally participate in the recruitment of sensitive or senior-level positions within the organization.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess robust internal recruitment experience from a fast-paced, branded environment. A proven track record in developing and refining a Talent Strategy is essential for success in this role.
