About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring that they are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Meet with property managers, administrators, and lettings teams to review priorities and issues, ensuring timely maintenance responses and follow-up on repairs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to property owners on key issues, address major concerns with property owners in scheduled meetings, and assist in preparing financial and occupancy reports.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and provide feedback to the property management team, organize training to enhance team skills and industry knowledge, conduct reviews, and set development plans.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budget and spending to ensure efficiency, assist in tracking rent payments and managing arrears, and review expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure properties meet all legal and licensing requirements, conduct risk assessments, and mitigate liabilities.
  • Tenant & Community Relations: Oversee tenant relations and resolve major issues, manage escalated complaints to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure proper document handling and vendor relationships, review and approve financial documents.
  • Property Furnishing & Staging: Coordinate property staging and ensure alignment with market standards, address issues with property managers and new inventory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in property management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
