Overview:

  • The Transportation Division at AtkinsRéalis manages multidisciplinary design and project oversight, providing support from conception to completion. Become part of one of the UK's leading consultancies engaged in high-profile initiatives for both Public and Private Sector clients.
  • We are seeking a committed supervisor to join our team, contributing to the ongoing development of an Alliance Partnership. Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals on highway enhancement and maintenance projects.
  • Leverage your supervisory expertise and strong communication abilities to assist project managers and engineers in delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Assist project managers in achieving successful project execution, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Effectively coordinate resources to uphold AtkinsRéalis' standards while fulfilling client requirements.
  • Document project activities and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications -

  • Degree in civil engineering or equivalent, or relevant project management experience.

Core Competencies -

  • Demonstrated experience in the field.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a proactive manner.

Preferred Competencies -

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in reporting financial and progress metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
  • Effective networking skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
