Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing construction activities and verify alignment with project timelines and documentation.
  • Participate in meetings, provide insights to clients regarding construction advancements and financial impacts, and assist in the preparation of progress reports.
  • Evaluate and analyze construction claims, offering expert opinions and documentation suitable for conflict resolution.
  • Establish logical scheduling frameworks, durations, and constraints through collaborative planning sessions with the project team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field with equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in the industry.
  • Proficient in developing and managing a structured EPC schedule utilizing Critical Path Method (CPM), resource allocation, baseline setting, coding, and cost management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
