About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistive Technology Specialist to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying and implementing effective study and support strategies for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured meetings with individuals to assess their needs and develop personalized study plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend assistive technology solutions to support individuals with disabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality training sessions on assistive technology to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve excellent customer outcomes.
