About the Role

LADbible Group is a leading media company that reaches over a billion people every month. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Manager - Sports. As a key member of our Talent & Celebrity Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our strategy to maximize the value of talent and celebrity engagement in our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Engage Talent Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to engage with high-profile talent, particularly in the sports space, and build relationships with key partners in the industry.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our originals, studios, brand marketing, social, and commercial teams to deliver key targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage Celebrity Opportunities: Manage incoming celebrity opportunities, proactively outreach for new opportunities, and share opportunities with our editorial and video teams.
  • Communicate Key Stats and Figures: Ensure that key statistics and figures are communicated effectively to external talent teams and internal teams involved in activations.
  • Develop Opportunities with Talent: Work directly with talent, their management teams, and publicists to develop opportunities to connect talent with our audiences.
  • Support Brand Marketing Projects: Collaborate with our Brand Marketing team on specific projects to deliver talent for campaigns and activations.
  • Support Talent Lead: Support our Talent Lead in delivering talent for commercial briefs and implementing and delivering talent strategy.
  • Communicate with Industry Partners: Experience in communicating with PR agencies, film studios, management, and other industry partners.
  • Previous Experience in Sports Talent Acquisition: Previous record of building relevant relationships with industry partners, particularly in the sports space.
  • Team Management: Ability to manage several different teams at once to ensure everyone is happy and that the talent process for shoots is seamless and smooth.
  • Pop Culture and Trends: Good understanding of pop culture, current trends, and how to source relevant talent.
  • Entertainment Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the entertainment industry, spanning music, film, influencers, comedy, TV, and sport.
