Position Overview

As a Support Care Specialist, you will engage in a dynamic work schedule of 24/7 shifts, covering 5 days out of 7, including weekends and public holidays.

Daily Responsibilities

Your day may commence with the development and execution of tailored support plans for our clients, ensuring consistency and accuracy in service delivery.

Additionally, you will facilitate individuals in exploring their interests and leisure pursuits, both at home and within the community, by being creative, enthusiastic, and supportive.

Core Duties

In this role, you will empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives, emphasizing the importance of kindness and empathy in your interactions.

Your responsibilities will encompass assisting clients with various aspects of daily living, including personal care and health-related needs.

We seek individuals who are compassionate and committed to advocating for the rights of those they support. You will honor the unique personalities and diverse needs of each individual.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility, as you will be working on a rotational basis within a 24/7 shift framework. Some shifts may include waking nights and sleep-ins, for which additional compensation is provided.
