Payroll Management:

As a key member of the Terumo Aortic team, you will be responsible for managing the organization's payroll functions using the iTrent system. This includes ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for all staff, handling monthly payroll inputs, and maintaining accurate records.

Benefits Administration:

You will be responsible for updating employee benefits in the HRIS Success Factors system, administering all aspects of employee benefits, and presenting benefits information to new associates. Additionally, you will manage ongoing communications regarding benefits and ensure that all benefits-related tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Data Management and Reporting:

You will be responsible for updating departmental overtime spreadsheets on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate reporting and updating of payroll changes, and preparing and distributing payroll reports for Vice Presidents and Managers. You will also identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies.

Compliance and Documentation:

You will be responsible for completing Ps and Ps for Inland Revenue Online, downloading and processing P6/P9s and student loans from Inland Revenue Online weekly, and processing statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP, and Enhanced Maternity/Paternity pay. You will also complete government forms for housing benefit, child benefit, CSA, jury duty, national statistics, etc., in a timely manner.

Process Improvement:

You will be responsible for assisting with the review and updating of payroll processes, utilizing checklists to ensure procedures are followed and updated as necessary, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Financial Reconciliation:

You will be responsible for reconciling payroll and highlighting any issues to the Payroll and Benefits Lead, preparing monthly payroll journal, costing, and salary reports for the Accounts Department, and preparing monthly headcount and KPI reports.

Pension Administration:

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day pension administration, including joiners, leavers, auto-enrolment, opt-outs, refunds, and file uploads to the L&G portal. You will also prepare annual returns for pension schemes and life assurance schemes, ensure timely payment of pension contributions, and handle all queries from third parties.

General Administration:

You will be responsible for maintaining the payroll, pension, and rewards sections of the intranet, administering all auto-enrolment processes, providing support for all payroll-related queries on the iTrent system, and managing your own administration tasks efficiently.
