Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise. Unpack, label, and tag products accurately and efficiently. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas. Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
- Stock Replenishment: Prioritize stock replenishment tasks, restock products on the sales floor promptly, and maintain appealing product displays. Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock as necessary. Assist in implementing merchandising plans.
- Documentation and Administration: Handle product recalls and returns, assist in inventory audits, and collaborate with the management team for process improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, foster client loyalty, and share product knowledge effectively to drive sales.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with store associates, communicate effectively with the management team, and assist in training new stock associates.
- New Store Opening Procedures: Support the setup of new stores by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in store operations or related roles.
- Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
